Hi,
Do any of you out there have an extra 2-71 Detroit diesel exaust manifold for an HD5 dozer for sale?
The one on mine is rusted thru. I may attempt to weld repair it. But if a better one is for sale from someones parted out stock, and the price is good, I may just buy it.
Anyone have one for sale?
 
Its the strange oval can type like the one in this photo.

One unit I sold has a muffler from 2-71 generator set on it .
I built my own out of 4" driveshaft tube - I welded the flange from oval muffler to tube, cut out holes for ports, then blanked ends - welded a outlet pipe on top to accept a muffler the same as I have on my IH 460 utility tractor.
