I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I sure hope your years late for the auction as the banks and Farm Service Agency started prosecution of this case 8 years ago. Idiot he is not , lying cheating stealing a$$ whole yes. A bank fraud case back in the 70's here having to do with the cattle business and the days of big tax write offs in cattle. The cheater did his time (I don't remember how much, 3 to 8 years) he still had a few million squirreled away. Most in the community forgot all about his crime and he lived the good life his last 10 to 20 years. Stamps may have to move to have the good life as he stomped on farmers all over the area to be the biggest badest BTO.   But if he has to sweat, and grovel the rest of his life yes he is a idiot. But it seems generally lots of crumbs get swept under the rug to much trouble for the legal system to put back into the rightful owners hands. Allowing the bad guy to pick them up after the dust has settled. Hopefully I am wrong in this case and he is penniless,  but I would not bet on it. | |

I'm just glad someone was willing to prosecute him and he got some time in the grey-bar motel.
