rear right wheel is locked from sitting for a couple decades. what's the quickest way to gain access to inspect the brake and what is the correct way to tear down to remove if necessary? Thanks! David

You will need to remove the drop housing and extension housing mounted to the transmission. Page from the repair manual for illustration with the drop housing removed.
