we installed new rubber wheel seals (got from Steiner )

Are you sure the noise is from the wheel seals and not the brakes? If it is the wheel seals, it should subside after you drive it a little.

Before I would try that, I would check to see if everything is assembled correctly. Is the problem only on one side? I can't see why you should get any noise from the seals, if they are installed correctly.

Spray WD40 around the seals and they will stop squealing.
