It’s a historic day for the Upper Midwest A-C Club! Today, December 17, 2019, after many months of planning, we are now the proud owners of 6 acres of land at 720 Airport Road in Hutchinson MN. Thank you to Tim and Rose for accommodating us in the purchase and selling us your land. Thanks to Darrell Grams and Todd Grams for endless trips to realtors, bankers and closers.
Now we will focus on improvements to the property and construction of our new club shed.

Are you going to move the building from the Fair Grounds? Could do a barn moving during the Orange Spectacular.

Is it mainly for storage Darrel or is the property going to be part of the show ? Great news for your club as storage has always been an issue .

We can't move the building from the fairgrounds, and the new building will start out as storage only. Long range plans are for a 2nd story in part of it with a meeting room. bathrooms, and a kitchen area. We would like to also in time establish a Orange Spectacular museum. If you are going to dream, dream big.

In the middle of the photo at the bottom there is a ditch that goes under the road and continues on south. The property we bought is to the west from the ditch on the south side of the road, and just about up to the white building you see on the photo. 6.23 ac

At the Fairgrounds, we are going to continue to hold the Orange Spectacular at the fairgrounds, this will be a storage building and other things in the future
