Does anyone know the torque rating of the 10000 engine in a HD11s crawler? I can only find the 99hp at 1800rpm listed.

I’m thinking of repowering one of my 11s’ with a new Cummins using the California CARB program. The B4.5 has perfect numbers but runs 2200 rpms. The B6.7, which was the one they recommended, has too much power even at the 1900 rpm spec. My cousin did an hd9 back awhile with a 5.9, but they aren’t tier qualified anymore.
