Ive got an HD11EC that a buddy was going to borrow. Well against my better judgment he hoped on and i showed him how to run it and let him get the feel for it. Somehow when he shifted gears i think he pulled the clutch in and shifted into a gear about the same time. Anyhow from what i can tell he stuck the gear shift lock in. I have undone the controls that go over to the clutch lever and have ran a bolt through the yoke to see if i could pry on it and pop it out but, no luck.
Have any of you ever had this happen and if so how did you get it out?

If he shift and pull the cluch in same time maybe the brake cluch is't working and you should look on right side cluch housing if the rod shifting lock plunger is't broken and the probleme should be there.

The rod isn’t broke the plunger is stuck in the transmission side under the gear shifter.

If the plunger wont come out it sounds like you need to pull off the shifter housing and see whats hung up
