Look in the door jamb where the wires go into the door. Peel back the tube they go through or cut it and look for broken wires from flexing with the door. It will be the fat wires. Momma switch don't work.....none do.

Most likely in the driver's door, gets the most use. #301 is between 300 and 302...(sorry, couldn't resist)

I worked on a Chevy Cavalier and finally found a cluster of ground wires with a loose connection between the engine and body on driver side ,,!! Extremely hard to get to where it was. Why in heck would GM put that important connection in such an inaccessable location,,?? sheeese

GM = Goofy Made, they built the car around that wire... same as Honda CRV.. Wife's 99...door locks don't work when door closed BUT OPEN door all the way, switch/wires/locks work fine ! One of the 25 ! wires in the harness is 'funny' and needs the door taken OFF to fix ( add 1" of wire 25 times ) Yeah, like I'm GOING to do that..... |

G301 is located under left front door sill. Remove plastic sill and ground connection is located there.
