I hope this doesn’t upset anyone on here. not my intentions at all.
As of yesterday Jenny and I no longer live in a stockholder situation. All involved signed the deed in to our name. Even better is that my momma got to see her wishes come true.
I’ve been waiting on this day since 1999.
We’ve put a whole lot of work and money in to this place in good faith that it would become ours as my momma wanted.

In my case we got estate settled, and then the spring water that never changed flow in recorded history was sucked dry.

So have a little celebration, but don't expect smooth sailing. Wink Just learn to turn it over to the Lord,let him do the worrying.

Congratulations Thad, Glad to see your Momma's wish's come true.  Nothing like living in limbo and not knowing what and is coming next... bad enough when it is just life's curve balls but worse when others get involved. Know of several where those 'stockholders' have screwed their own blood out of what was due them. Go and celebrate this day.

NOW,,,,,,,,,,,,,the real reason,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you took a week off for vacation and the 'stockholders' saw how bad things were with you gone, they wanted out of it!!
So your vacation served two purposes.
