drink that NASTY ACV again! after that ole Desert Joe tolds me how good it was for me, and I boughts a bottle and got home, tooks a big ole swig, and my eyes bugged out, the steam came outta my ears, had to find a place to sit like RIGHT NOW! looked around for a bottle and a half of TUMS that I knew i'd need in a short time. swore i'd get that man real soon! soooooooooo….if it's still good for me, I can now take it in liquid gel form tablets and not hafta taste that nasty stuff! WHEW!

Well,,Chit Shameless,,,,did I forget to tell you bout all them things agin usin the ACV,,,??? CHit I really need you to believe that it was NOT intentional,,or at least the "forgetfulness" part was not what I was tryin to do,,,chit,,,where was I,,??? Lost my train of thought there for a minute,,,,HMMmmmm,,,,, I'll try again later,,,,,,  UMMmmmmm,,,,are we still friends,,,,???

Like Joe says that ACV and honey with a little water and crushed ice makes a nice refreshing drink. Think I will go fix some as soon as I finish my morning coffee. What I don't like about over the counter supplements is that you really don't know what you are getting. Could be some mouse urine in those gel tablets.

Hey Chask,,,thats a great link,,for sure,,,!! I'm agonna try that recipe here pretty soon,,,HMMmmm wonder what adding the ginger will do to it ,,,,or to Me!!!! Now,,,if I can get ole Shameless to quit drinkin it "pure quill" and thinning it down with some mollassas or honey ,,,,,he,,,,,he'd like it so much more,,,,,but,,,NOOOooo,,,he gotta try to be Honky Tonk and do it Pure Quill,,,,,, That Guy,,,,,,

Shameless just read up to ACV and didn't read the rest of the recipe. He's like that, just jumps right in with both (bad) feet and THEN wants to know why it tastes like chit....darn guy anyway...
