I rebuilt mine from parts from a White truck gas engine starter . I also bought a starter drive from a rebuilder and found the low priced non rebuildable unit worked better thanthe more expensive unit about 1/2 the price . Unit uses a intermittent bearing plate - 
 Mine was on a HD4 diesel unit . 
Look in area for a rebuilders shop for generators , starters , alternators - that's where i found parts as when asking at NAPA - I got a blank stare of - we handle automotive parts and not starters ..

I bought the tractor did not have a starter so I need a replacement if you know any place that could get in besides the new One

 Seems some parts and a full sarter might be found here / OR / need to find the actual delco # then start searching . Also if gas or diesel engine as the 2200 came in both flavors 
 Might try Steve at B&B on here
