good 4'' tire cutting wheel for small grinder works good. miller-tire will ship you one. got a new one last year' loned one out' an never got it back' you know how that is .

just cut a set of 15-38's the other day' cut the lugs off with the chain saw at 1-1/2 tall' thin took the 4'' grinding wheel an sharpen them up' look nice' looks just as nice as the guy that wants 600 to cut a set.
