Hi looked at a 8050 today and when I drove it in high range down the road the front left wheel wobbled badly. What would be worn to cause this the tie rod ends looked good and tight. Could it be the knuckles? Also the rear of the axle where the drive shaft hooks up has some play in it is this normal? Thanks

Their called pivot bushing, or what most would call a 'kingpin'..when I looked at an 8050 MFWD few years ago, agco dealer at the time said about $600 per side and a special tool to fix, no labor, That's doing the work myself...
didn't buy the tractor, was at an auction, and had lots other problems,an went way high for what needed fixing Edited by Michael V (NM) - 11 Aug 2019 at 9:40pm |
