If you don't mind going to Canada and importing a tractor (which is super easy if it's for your own use!), keep an eye on Kijiji. It's kind of like Canadian Craigslist. 

I have bought quite a few tractors from Eastern Ontario. The American dollar is currently worth about $1.39 Canadian.
