Trying to get my father in laws 1918 lawn tractor going again. have done some engine work, various minor repairs and all was well. While testing it today it suddenly stopped. Engine runs fine, but cannot get the hydro transmission to engage. Have a manual and have checked oil, filter etc:. Even changed the hydro oil. The pump is turning but doesn't seem to load pressure. Not even to the hyd lift cylinder. Was working fine but suddenly stopped. I must be over looking something. Have even checked the springs under the relief valve and all seems well. Anyone have some ideas?
