WD 45 hitch (snap coupler setup)

I am rebuilding my drawbar.  Does anyone know the bolt sizes I need - what the bolt sizes are?.  i also appear to be missing the small top bracket (flat bar between the two bolts) any tip where I could find one?  I am sure I can just make something.
