Just saw a commercial for a SnowJoe electric slow blower. Any of you northerners tried this thing? I suspect it would work like a battery powered chainsaw. Small jobs it's great but on a bigger job it'll almost get you good and started.

Got one, if you don't have feet of snow it will do a good size driveway. A second battery would be best.

We bought the corded version, cheaper, and I sure don’t need another battery and charger around here.

Only have a little snow, so I can’t tell yet. I bought it for the deck, I hate shoveling over the rail

It seemed like one of those "as seen on tv" items so I'm betting my in-laws will have one next week. Then it'll be 4 or 5 years before we have enough snow to use it. But they'll be ready

We had a corded one several year ago. It worked pretty well when clearing snow from a roof.
It would probably work for a side walk, but I don't think I would want to try to clear a driveway with it.

I've never heard of one, but I'll look into it.

Shameless, you gave us a sprinkling a day ago and it's almost all gone already.  You're gonna have to try harder!  BUT,,,,,,,you could hold off until the 20th or so......just for Christmas.

I got one, works well on light snow, not so good on heavy wet snow.
