I believe there are THREE.....one for the clutch pedal (inside the dash ahead of the gearshift)...one on the PTO clutch lever (under the RH side of the platform....one is for starter and the other is for yellow lite on dash) and finally one on the PTO disconnect lever left of the seat (also under the platform on the left side).

I found the PTO Clutch lever switch (RH Side) will/can override the PTO Disconnect Switch (LH side) if you are trying to do some problem determination. I ran my 6060 for most of the summer by having to pull the Clutch lever to the up position to start the tractor.

Not sure what you are doing or trying to solve. My 6060 for years sometimes would not engage the solenoid when you had the switches in the right place to start and they all were conducting (or not ) as they were supposed to to let it start. I finally got wise to what was going on and added a relay at the starter because sometimes I only had 5 to 6 volts on the solenoid terminal, not enough to engage it and start the tractor, of course. A simple relay off an old truck I was robbing parts off of solved the years of aggravation with the screwdriver.

i have had trash hang up the switches under the platform on mine before,
in fact i have a push button starter switch mounted in the panel under the dash as a bypass so if i am on the tractor and the switches get stuck open, i can just tap the button to start the tractor
