Corn is dry it's a 1980 f2 ,it does it in heaver corn . But definitely does it when cross auger in bin starts to pull it over

Sounds like bin auger is worn down along with lower cross auger. Also try new slip clutches. MACK

Does your machine have the elevator speed-up kit on it? I put one on my K2 especially for harvesting corn. Thought if you didn't have it, that might be over loading your clutch.

Back in their day, I modified every single F-2/F-3 this way: Remove the 2 or 3 short sliding augers from the bin loader shaft, Replace them with full diameter flighting and extend from the elevator to just past the first front to rear bin brace (about 2 feet). Cover this new auger with a steel tube and bolt it down to the front/rear brace. Essentially you are extending the auger from the elevator to the near center of the tank. With a healthy slip clutch this will FILL the tank evenly in 25% corn. Now, in your case this is nearly 40 years later. Are you sure your elevator chain/paddles are in GOOD condition? and tensioned properly?? is the auger under the cleaning shoe worn out or missing flighting ?? I'm very suspicious of something being worn out.

Taking docs advice I just did this to my F2. I've only cut beans so far but I'm very happy with the way it fills the bin and seems to pull grain away from elevator keeping it from backing up. My older K I had to dump at 2/3 ,hopper in corn or it would back up and break elevator chain. Alot

We are still working on it .replacing chain and paddles, replacing auger, replacing clutches. See if this helps.
