Mid Atlantic Allis Chalmers will be hosting a banquet for the Md GOTO September 17th 

My concern is that I will get a glut of people that want to attend at the last minute.  
It will be held at Friendly farms  ( GREAT Food)   they need to know how many are attending by September 1,   

So for those that have organized a banquet, How do you prepare for this?  I don't want to turn people away. 

PLEASE PM me for tickets and info if you would like to attend.  It is going to be a good time.

My 1st GOTO, before I commit to going what goes on at the banquet?

What goes on at the Banquet?    Dinner, Social time to meet other AC folks and usually their is some sort of presentation and thank time, door prizes.
