What works to remove the lower injector sealing washers. I removed the injectors and 3 washers stayed in the head.

A 5/8 tap, used to clean out bolt hole threads- get it down in there and turn it a few times then should pull out

I've used a drill bit larger than hole for tip. Tap into washer and turn with a plier while pushing down.
