Almost done. Note that this machine is a standalone thresher only. So no sickle bar and reel put on.

Shouldn't they be called "Regressives"? |

Tom, it looks good, I was wondering where you get the orange paint and does it come in spray cans? My "60" bin has wood around the the top is that an after marked idea or did they come that way.

Regie, From memory only, and we did not sell bin type only baggers, the 60 did not come with wood around the top. Tom can correct me cause I may be wrong.
Tom, that is an outstanding restoration. I can assure you, cause I assembled them when they came off the flatcars new, they never looked that good new. Great Job! Someday I'm going to have to take a familiar run - very similar to my Harrisburg run - to your place to see it in person. That is if I can. Good Luck! Bill Long |

Thanks Guys..
The paint...a non-specific powder coat orange and rust-oleums best. The machine will be top coated with a Allis orange from TSC..yes I am not spendig any money on paint.
Thats becasue this will be a work machine, not for show or play. Will be used indoors to thresh a "classified" vegetable seed. Going to California at end of the month
John, I got a 22' deckover 102" wide trailer with tilt and winch to haul these around.
Bill, Dont let the pic fool ya..in person it doesnt look as nice. But I will admit I got powder coat/paint on a lot of parts that never saw any paint at the factory

Hey Bill,
I have another machine due to be done at wheat harvest this year here in town. Perhaps you could check out that one if you ever make it up here.

Tom, it sure looks sweet! I'll bet it was more than 3 or 4 hours, more like 3 or 4 days. ROFLMAO !! It does look impressive for a work machine.
