What do you mean by "going away"?...no stopping power with the pedals staying up where they belong?... or pedals falling down towards the floor when you apply them??

So, if you put the tractor in low gear and make a hard left or right turn and then engage the diff lock....does it work???....does the PTO pull a load?? does it stop when you shut it off?? do all the hydraulics work?? like lift a disc or a round bale of hay on the 3 pt. There is an inlet orifice on the wheel brake valve that could be plugged and all other hydraulic functions would work normally.

Dr. the only thing that dont work is the brakes. i used it to mow with a disc bine on tuesday and raked today with it everything else works except the brakes. it feels like they need bled like in a truck just after you put new pads on they go down all the way until you pump them up,only they dont get any better when ya pump the peddels. Make sure the inlet fitting/orifice on the brake valve is open. While you're in the dash area, remove the two lines on the brake valve that go to the brake pistons and cap them with a JIC cap....if the pedals pump up good then, you have a bad leak inside the rearend....maybe a missing or failed O-ring where the diff lock valve bolts onto the rearend. Those brakes require no bleeding.
