Got this at a friend of mine that had a bunch of parts for a u,uc,and wd45. Alot of his stuff was just primed not painted so i thought it might be allis. There are 4 bolts around the outerrim that are weilded in. The bolt is 3"long and are fined threaded. It is a 6 bolt rim with a center of 3" and a diameter of 20 1/2". The width is 2 1/2".

Looks like an early car wheel that had the removable outer tire ring to me but I may be mistaken
