When I first start my 190xt the steering works fine. When the engine warms up and I try to turn, the steering wheels jerks and it is difficult to make a turn. I have tried to clean the diverter in the hydraulic pump but that didn't help. I have plenty of fluid. Power director and three point works. Could it be something with the unit at the end of the steering column? Thanks

I doubt it. It sounds to me like the steering pump section has internal problems and cold/heavier oil masks the problem until it warms up. That's what I think from your description.
