check that your federal medical card was updated, if you ‘self certified’. I got a letter this past Friday from the DPS, that my cdl was down graded due my federal medical card had expired.
But, I self certified way back in May of 2021. I choose the option of mailing all the documentation.
Got into the DMV this afternoon with all the copies of what I sent, 45 min. later out the door, with everything updated. Other than the missed work time, and get this, those money grubbing leaches charged $11.00 to process. The gal at the counter said tens of thousands of cdl holders that mailed in, never got processed.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I had always in the past gone into the dmv, but this spring, going in would have been a challenge, that’s why I mailed it in. Definitely won’t do that again.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Thanks Dejoy for messing up the USPS any way you could.  I used to go right to the Commercial window at DMV to update my medical card. It was to way to get it done in just a few minutes with a receipt and no fowl ups. However since Covid has closed all in person DMV business without an appointment, I've found that it works best to send it in via Email as an attachment. That way I have a receipt for my records, if you FAX it in, who knows when it will get processed, if at all and no receipt
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY
