I been cooking bacon outside in the cook shack on the flat top grill most all night, the smell always brings the foxes out to investigate! I have my rifle ready, but they only came as far as the neighbors arena...can't shoot it there, to many other good critters close by. oh well, some night i'll pick one off!

Foxes are one of the 'varmints' I kind of like having around. Do their part to keep control of the ones I truly detest! Mice the big one and other small furry things that cause headaches. Had a female raise a litter of pups this spring in the old hog-house. Caught one of the pups in a live trap. He is the only thing I ever caught in it that came out 'live'!

Since I don't have chickens I don't mind having foxes around Since they keep the other varmints down. Just took the local shop nearly 4 weeks to find 2 chewed wires on my bride's car. $$$. But she won't let me keep any of the two legged foxes around
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.
