My winter project has been building a low B with a Woods 306 Belly mower.
I got it out today and did some test mowing.

You take the starter apart and remove the button that is under the pull switch, add a stud in it's place and wire up the solenoid with a key switch or a push button.

Steve, It mowed well, but with the 6' mower it is all the engine can do, it's a BE engine, don't know if it has 125 bore kit.
I'd like to put a 149ci engine in it, maybe from a D14.

Chuck, you can do the starter like Tucker said. I think I used a D10 starter I had and put on a solinoid and starter button.

Texas, yes I did a lot of fabrication as there are no brackets etc from Woods for a low B.

Kool! Tractor has a nice look to it for sure. I like nice fab work and your work looks A-1. Years ago I saw a pic of a similar job done with a model C and the fellow even added a live drive for the mower by going up inthe flywheel housing with a cog belt.

If you think this is nice, you should see Bill's D10 or his JD M. Bill is a wizard and I'm glad to have known him and worked with him for the past 25+ years.
