Depends on the OH, but that is near the going rate for an unstyled WC. If you were wanting to add a WC to your collection that would be a "buy it now".

i paid 1200 for mine and was in worce condition that that and 3 years older people said i got a good deal.. i didnt think the market went down that much since the fall

You got a great buy on a 1932 WC,  Probably the rarest one out there, since the W came out in 33 and the WC in 34.  Being sarcastic, no offense meant.
Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

I paid $750 for my 1935 WC that has all the right pieces on it according to the correct police plus it has new tires on the rear.
