I can not figure out how to set the parking brake. Does seem as it would be easy to find. I am assuming something is missing..
Where should I look? Also What is the right side Heel pedal for?

Right side heel pedal is the differential lock. The parking brake is an "L" shaped rod/handle on the left side of the transmission just aft of the clutch pedal.
