Guy in Pennsylvania called me, has a bunch of rear wheel weights for a wd for sale. Sent me pictures, paint is bad but they look intact. He wants a dollar fifty a pound. Is that a fair price? I ron't want them. Just trying to help an older guy out

I, personally, think $1.50/pound is way too high, unless they are harder to find specific weights like slab weights or side weights.

I plan to have four AC round wheel weights (two different sets) at the NY GOTO next month. I will also have a set of pie weights for Series 1-3 D17 (that might fit on a WD45) and a set of side weights for a AC C

Going rate has been running around $150 per pair. That's closer to 50 cents a pound. I've sold several sets for that. As mentioned, other more rare styles are more valuable. WD wheel weights are pretty common.

Basically, he's way overpriced, especially since he approached you.

Same here.   .50 pound for common weights. More for the rare.

Wish I could find WD rear weights at $.50/lb in Va.

I paid $.50 up to $1 a pound 10 years ago when I needed them. Never saw for $1.50
