I had the best day a guy could have today. Last night my dad and a brother showed up from Colorado with my hi-crop C then today I needed to move 5 tractors a couple miles to a show. Two brothers my dad my wife and I drove them to the show. I spent the day with both brothers my dad and I and tonight my wife made supper for us all including my mom. I bought the C nearly 3 years ago and this is the first time I ever laid eyes on it.

You could rescue people that are stranded in a flood with that machine. I really like it!

I'm sorry Thad, but being as Colorado is under populated by AC's, you will have to return it back to us. I will be glad to keep it at my place.

John I need to bring one more home from Co. to get even with Orange Blood for taking 2 from AR to CO. I think we have even less AC's than you guys. Cal the tractor is Chain drive and aftermarket. Joe M Georgia sent me some info on the company that made the hi-crop parts.

Great to hear when people have days like that!
Three thoughts: I would be afraid to drive that around here as we have hills and would tip over. I wouldn't want to get on and off that too many times C's are hard enough as it is! Very cool tractor. |

Did you get a nose bleed from sitting up there. I would think you would need clearance from the tower to move it. Great find!! Bob

Nice tractor. Great pictures. Congrats. I would think twice about messing with your dad. With age comes a lot of wisdom. Agility doesn't always mean a winner. lol Thanks for sharing with us.

That's a really neat C. Thanks for posting the pictures. What model spreader is that? I have an R waiting for me that I need to haul home and redo. It was my former boss' father's that he bought new in the '50s, I think.

The manure spreader is a Case (if it was AC it would still be here) but we couldn't read the numbers. Yes I think Pa still has a few tricks up his sleeve and for a '38 model he's in great shape and still works the farm every day.

Might do like we did as kids with this GIANT horse that summered in our pasture. Lead it to the fence, climb up a post high enough to jump on. ![]() |
