He has pancreatitis, hernia, and a UTI. Other than that he says he is in good shape.

And now knows what 10/10 pain feels like.

Hey Don, just got on here and saw this, get well soon, prayers from us. The pancreatitis is painful but add the UTI and there needs to be some powerful drugs involved. Get back soon and let me know when I can come down and aggrivate the heck out of you for an hour or so.
Maximum use of available resources!

Thanks for the good news, you're a good son (name?).  Now be an even better son and keep us posted daily on how he's doing.
How tired does he get?  Ask him if he'd like some phone calls?

Pancreatitis occurs when the organ can no longer support digesting foods and the enzymes begin to eat away at the pancreas. Pretty scary to think that you have an internal organ that is literally destroying itself.  If you don’t catch it in time, it can be fatal so always consult with your doctor if you experience any severe abdominal region pain, especially if it radiates to the back area.

Then add in the UTI and ....... yep, some real pain!!
GET WELL SOON!!
