Just walked around my 6060 and noticed there's a 3 pt hitch ball missing,,, how does that thing fall out,? What keeps them in there?

They're just a pressed in ball and socket, rust and vibration and use, can wear them out.

I think you can get them most any farm store, they sell weld on assembly...
