The steel wheels may be worth as much or more than the tractor.

What year? Is it styled(rounded sheet metal) or Unstyled(very squared)?

A few years ago front steel, if original and in good shape would be worth more than the tractor. Probably still is. Not too many things rare about a WC. If it runs, might be worth $800-$1000 in good shape.
Here is a tip toe steel wheeled unsyyled WC.

Here is the more common styled Wc but on rubber.

No I don't Dave. I stole this picture from this forum at some time and never even kept track of who posted it. I just noticed this morning the Industrial front wheels on that U.

Yep, I think you're right that was in 2008 when they featured Allis Chalmers.

I don't believe Lewistown, Il has cement silos like that so I would guess it's not Fulton county Illinois fairgrounds. :)
 Would it be Ohio?

Looks an earlier WC with steel steering wheel and radiator. Did it have base-mount mag and larger opening in the gas tank? The front pedestal and/or crank has been changed out. I'm restoring a steel steering wheel and long, single-piece crank now.

The WC looks very simular to the first picture. The older one. The rear wheels look a little different than that but thats definatly the body style. The sheet metal looks nearly perfect. paint a little faded but no rust from what i could tell.

AJ:
From what little you have told us so far it sounds like it could be a good one to get ahold of. Tell us more. Does it run and is it drivable? Is the motor stuck? Has it been kept inside? What is the serial number on the rear end housing? If it is in the lower three thousands, this will lead to another series of questions about what parts of the tractor have been updated or not. Some pics from various angles will tell us most of this. Stay on top of this one.
