Hello All, my 190 has sat too long waiting for the engine to be replaced. Therefore the left brake was locked as I was trying to tow it to the shop to start on the engine repair. I rocked it back and forth and it is really stuck bad. I did not take time to look it over. Hot as heck just parked it then rain last night. So question is, does a housing cover come off that will expose the band so I can free the band from the drum? The brakes were not applied while sitting all these years and the linkage is loose. Thanks for any suggestions.

I support the development of hybrid automobiles and alternative fuels as I need DIESEL fuel for my ALLIS CHALMERS!
