1976 - Srl # 1759 to 1937

Overall from 1973 Srl #1001 to 1983 Sel # 3468  ( some may be after this but no record)
AC 710 and 714 were built in 1982/83 and shared the AC 715 Srl# series.

The backhoe I bought was sold as a 1982. Some of the information on the nameplate is: NAME 715-B-B/L MODEL 715-D SERIAL 2756. There is another serial number, which is LD2268LU656327G. Does anyone know if this has the Perkins or Cummins engine? Also I'm assuming the transmission is a Borg Warner T-18 and the shuttle is a Borg Warner T-72, would this be correct?

right on the trany and shuttle .
Picture of pump brace needed with the Perkins engine - pump will crack front housing without it - I made this one but there was a factory update of fix out there also .

Rrl #2756 would be 1980 (#2661 to 2889) It would have the Perkins engine .

Srl # plate on mine - I have a Dig-More extenda hoe on mine so digging depth is 18' rather than 14' of standard 715B - D

Much Thanks, Coke. This Information will be very helpful. And thanks for the pic of the serial plate, mine is wiped clean except for the stamped numbers.
I found a place to get the parts to rebuild the shuttle, Herculift Manufacturing in Schofield, WI.

Herc U Lift here in MN was a good source for parts and info as they sold the machines .
Another poster on here has the kits also and had a good price on them - might check back in posts to find him.

Can tell you I had mine done as I needed the machine quickly - Had CARLSON TRACTOR in Rosemount MN do it - They ripped me off something fierce - charged me 40 hours of work and extra for parts - I had a complete rebuild kit I got when I bought my machine --- So me and Carlson have parted ways - BUNCH OF CROOKS .
So I paid over $4,000 for nothing as the unit failed within 30 hours of use . They questioned my check and told me they were going to hold machine until check cleared - when I said I would call Sheriff - they backed down and let me take the machine.
