looking for the inside panel (cover)and linkage handle assemble for the tilt control for  my HD21B ,is anyone parting out a Late Allia Chalmers or early Fiat Allis  ser# on Mine is 10S19623 terryr Alaska

Do you have the part numbers for what you need?  If you don't have a parts book, you can find it at www.minnpar.com under manuals.  Some of the parts interchange with the 11-B and 16-B tractors.  Some of the linkage is the same, with different length shaft and different control handle, I believe.  I may have some of the parts.
