F3 separtor clutch

I am hoping someone can tell me how the wires on my F3 separator clutch are supposed to be attached. The diagram in the manual shows the main wiring coming from the harness but not the 2 wires on the clutch itself. There is a yellow wire and a blue wire. They are both screwed to the clutch housing, grounds maybe. The other end of the yellow wire is connected the collar as shown but the blue wire is not connected to anything. The collar has a second connection on it identical to the one the yellow wire is connected to. The blue wire does not reach this connection but it seems to be the only way to do it. Please take a look and let me know what to do. Thanks.

Yes, that is right. Need some longer wires so they can be zip tied to brush holder.     MACK
