Not a series 3. Oil bath air cleaners were not on series 3 or 4. Hood should have oval muffler hole in it. Brakes will be like a WD-45 with the big pin on the bottom. PTO lever is pre-1960.  Still a nice tractor.

The Doctor is correct, should have mentioned it in the video. Serial No. 20,xxx. No the first D-17 Heinz 57 to inhabit these parts!

Yup, that's the one part of the series I'm missing.

I'll post this here instead of starting a new topic; Planting corn like it's 1955! https://youtu.be/s1HRBMjt7tw?si=BfKj1u4-k5alChmD

I like your new D17 Mike. A loader tractor is handy to have around. I recognize Mike on the CA. It's so enjoyable to watch him at Hutch on his WD45 diesel with the two bottom roll over plow.    Tim

Not yet, had to inventory plow shares when I got home. Going to look for a spot for them today.

Thanks Tim! It's going to need some love, will have to take a number though. Tires do not have fluid in them, that's okay, I have some weights around here.....

Mike's a great guy, Allis to the bone! He says we have 4 acres to plow Sunday, if it's dry. I believe he's going to take the diesel. Also said he'd get the fuel issue resolved on the 190 and I could run that. Should be a fun day.
