Mine drifts down while I drive. I have to crank it all the way up until it binds to keep this from happening. Do I need a new one or is there an easy fix? Thanks

Hook a bungee on the handle. I even bungee the ones on the folding jacks so they aren't hanging down when going down the road.

I've seen that a time or two in the import tongue jacks where they were not packed with enough, or a quality of grease when assembled to not wear the geartrain out. I'd bet if you disassembled that jack you'd find both the left hand acme threaded rod, and the "nut" this threaded rod bears against, worn sloppy and loose. This "nut" is what pushes the foot down and supports the tongue weight of the trailer.

Thanks codger, but I bought this trailer new. It's done this since day one. Should go back to the dealership and complain
Maybe I will? Bungee strap is pretty cheap and easy though.
