Spent yesterday cultivating 110 acres, 25 acres today and 85 acres for tomorrow. Perfect temperature, cross wind, straight pipe, 60's rock and roll on the headset, wind in my face, the finest 1966 convertable. Does it get any better?. There were times I thought I was 19 again and everything was new, there were times when I looked up I thought I saw the earth and I was already in the promised land, and then reality when my 12 year old granddaughter biked in the lane.

I saved this pic, 'cause it will probably be as close as I will get to one in action.

Granddaughters can bring you back to reality. Looks like you had some fun before reality sat in though.

It is fun but almost getting to be work. Saw sunrise from the seat yesterday and after 14 hours on the seat all the spring tillage work is finished. I grow 112 acres of ADZUKI beans under contract to go to Japan. Cutlivated the fields twice and rolled the ground after planting. I followed the planter out of the field last night. Now a good wash up and the big guy will be ready for a few shows this summer.
