This looks unique.  Is this an "IB" without the wrap around frame?

Joe, It's only my opinion, but I think it's a homemade wide front end on that tractor...nothing AC about it. An IB,from what I remember seeing, has a real heavy duty wide front end on it...industrial,of course. This one is much thinner going across from wheel to wheel. They did do a pretty nice job on it though.  Rick

I would venture to say that it is earlier than a 47.

It must be prior to 42?, no electric. It's not an IB, Torque tube too long, and not an IB front axel.  It does look good.

That is a good price if the tractor is "completely restored". I guess those words mean different things to different people. I wonder what kind of hubs they have on the front to put a 12" tire on it.

Did anybody else see what looks like a patched block under the carb?

There was a B made before the IB that rolled the final drives forward for orchard work.  I never sold one just IB's but I know they exist.
However, looking at some things on this one it could be home made.  Not hard to rotate the final drives.  Brake connections etc are made for IB and can be obtained.
Let us know how it goes.
Good Luck!

The patch under the carb could be a sort of protector from a dripping carb. Just a thought!
