My B wasn't firing on all cylinders all of a sudden. Tracked it down to #3, changed the plug and checked for spark but no change. Good compression but the plug was black vs. grey. Pulled the valve cover and one of the push rods was higher and to to the right side of the rocker arm. I also noticed that the rear rocker arm amd the front one aren't distributing oil down the groove to the contact face.  Also, the rear rocker arm of each pair isn't lining up with each valve.
Do I need a new rocker arm assembly? Can mine be rebuilt?  There is some side slop at the shaft in each arm. The engine was overhauled two years ago but I don't think anything was rebuilt here. Please advise!
