Never really been around T-Rail duals but wouldn't they put more weight/traction on the dual with the extra cast center?  Plus the ability to change spacing.

These are T-Rails to me, i would not consider them a clamp on dual.

You cant really tell from the pic but these are T rails to me the clamps ride on the T rail that clamp to "eye" bolts on the inside wheel.

Your the first to call those t-rails.  T-rails have a T shaped rail that runs parrallel to the spacer band that allows you to not have to line up a certain spot on your dual to your eyelet.   T rails with snaps are a very good combo.
