They are thinking thats scrap value and its not worth that much scrap. Judging by the pick they should just about pay someone to haul it away. I went to look at a CA that was on Ebay once. It was 100' at the back end of a barn sunk in the dirt, fully widened out with cultivators on it and was a no runner. And pretty darn rusty so little chance of easily narrowing up. I told them they wold have to pay me the asking price to remove it.
