With the 3pt hitch on the tractor, can I also attach a draw bar?

If you do the three point sway bars will hit the drawbar bail when raised. I have the same setup on one of my WD45s. If you take the sway braces off it should fit with the drawbar just over the cross brace and the bail in the second hole from the top. at lest mine fitts like that. since that is a shop built adaption its a good maybe.

You can put the Ford type draw bar on the 3 point balls. They can be bought at any farm supply store.
