I have a leaky power steering hose (psi side) on my D19. I have identified that it is the flare that is bad.
Has anyone tried reflaring these with the standard flaring tool you can get at auto parts stores? The diameter is 1/2" so it fits. Does a guy need to apply heat to help get the double flare that is needed?
Thanks in advance
Terry

No heat normally needed, but there is a special tool for making the double flare. I've got one of the tools. They're not real expensive or difficult to use.
