I picked up this disk and this hay crimper this week.  Anyone have a lift chain for the disk or info so I can make one?  Also any advice on operating the crimper?  It looks like it must have been repainted at one time, if you can see in the picture it has Allis on it in white and in black.

The thing sitting on the disk is a home made drag.  If anyone needs it, make me an offer.
