Need help again, to identify this AC Chisel plow we acquired. Looking thru Swinford's book, I'm thinking it might be a 400 series? Any ideas on age- 1960's? Any ideas how the wings go up and down? I don't see any hardware for hydraulics- I can't see lifting/raising by hand, even with springs- seems way to heavy for that. Thanks in advance!
